Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-21 ยท Effective July 21, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of fibyr.ph (the "Platform"), the software internet service providers ("ISPs") use to manage their plans, subscribers, billing, and network. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who provides what
fibyr.ph provides the Platform to ISPs. If you are a subscriber, your internet service, plans, and bills are provided by your ISP, not by fibyr.ph โ fibyr.ph only supplies the software your ISP uses to serve you. Questions about your connection, charges, or personal data held by your ISP should go to that ISP.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts sign in by one-time email code and, optionally, a password and two-step verification.
- You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, and, for subscribers, be applying for service you are authorised to request at the given address.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no attempting to access data that is not yours; no interfering with the service or other tenants. ISPs are responsible for how they use the Platform with their own subscribers, including complying with applicable telecommunications and consumer rules.
5. Fees
ISPs pay fibyr.ph a platform fee based on their plan tier, plus any optional paid add-ons they enable. Fees, billing cycles, and any changes are shown in the ISP's billing area. Subscriber charges are set and collected by the ISP, not fibyr.ph.
6. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For a subscriber's personal data, the ISP is the data controller and fibyr.ph acts as its processor; for ISP and staff account data, fibyr.ph is the controller.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the Platform and these Terms; when the Terms change we will update the version above and, where appropriate, ask you to review them again.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, fibyr.ph is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and is not responsible for the internet service itself, which is delivered by your ISP. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
